01Do I need a new phone number?
Usually not. We work with your existing number through your phone provider or call tracking tool. If that isn’t possible, we explain the options first.
02Does it text every missed call, even spam?
You choose. We can skip known contacts, blocked numbers and very short calls, and only text real prospects.
03Can it work with landlines?
Texts can only reach mobile numbers. For landline callers, the missed call is logged with a task to call back.
04Can I change it later myself?
Yes. If it is built on your tools, it lives in your own accounts. If we custom-build it, the code lives in your own repository and is yours to keep, written so you can change it later with AI coding tools like Claude Code or ChatGPT, or bring us back for bigger changes.
