Do I have to sign an annual contract?
No. Starter and Team are month-to-month — start when you want, cancel when you want. Scale agreements are shaped around your rollout, together with you.
Are there setup fees?
No. No setup fees on any plan. You pay the monthly price, your reps start practicing, that’s the whole transaction.
What happens when we outgrow our plan?
Upgrade whenever you’re ready. Your scenarios, scorecards, and every rep’s call history come with you — nothing gets rebuilt, nothing gets lost. Most teams start on Starter or Team and move up once the scorecards prove it.
What counts as a sales rep?
A rep is a seat that runs practice calls and gets scored. If your team is a mix of reps, managers, and admins, talk to us and we’ll size the plan around the people actually practicing.
What does white-glove implementation include?
