FireCoach has three plans. Starter is $199/month for up to 5 reps, Team is $499/month for up to 15 reps, and Scale is custom-priced for 16+ reps. Monthly billing, no setup fees, no annual contract on Starter or Team. You can upgrade at any time and keep every scenario, scorecard and call history.
What changes between plans
- Starter: unlimited practice calls, immediate scoring, the standard scenario and scorecard library, 1 custom company scenario, 1 custom scorecard, basic team analytics, self-guided onboarding.
- Team: everything in Starter, plus up to 5 custom scenarios, up to 3 custom scorecards, full team analytics, guided setup and dedicated support.
- Scale: unlimited custom scenarios and scorecards, advanced analytics, CRM and call-data integration, and white-glove implementation through the 21-day PowerSprint®.
What counts as a rep
A rep is a seat that runs practice calls and gets scored. If your team mixes reps, managers and admins, the plan is sized around the people actually practising.
Contracts and upgrades
Starter and Team are month to month with no setup fee. Scale agreements are shaped around your rollout. When you upgrade, your scenarios, scorecards and every rep’s call history come with you.
