How FireCoach
works.

A twin of the buyer, not a script.

Each practice call is a spoken conversation with an AI buyer persona. The persona is built from your market: who you sell to, what they care about, and the objections your reps actually hear, such as “too expensive” or “we already use a competitor.”

The buyer pushes back, stalls and changes the subject the way real prospects do. Reps can run the same call as many times as they need, at any hour.

Calls run in English, Spanish and Portuguese, with a native-sounding voice in each.

Scored on your rubric.

Every call is graded against a scorecard written for your team in Week 1 of the PowerSprint®. It follows the methodology you already run: MEDDIC, Gap Selling, SPIN, Sandler, Challenger, Command of the Sale or your own hybrid. If you have no methodology yet, we build one with you.

The result is a score out of 100, broken down by category, with pass/fail criteria for each. The same call against the same rubric is judged the same way, so reps can see whether they are improving.

The score is an AI’s judgement against your rubric. It is not ground truth, and it is only as good as the rubric behind it.

A transcript, and what to fix.

After each call the rep gets the full transcript and a category-by-category coaching report: what they did, what the rubric expected, and what to try next time.

Managers see the same reports and a team leaderboard, so coaching time goes to the gaps the scorecards show rather than to sitting in on calls.

Practice the call before it happens.

FireCoach connects to HubSpot and Salesforce. When a rep books a meeting, a twin of that prospect’s persona is created and the rep is prompted to practice the call first.

Those are the two CRMs supported today.

Your methodology stays yours.

Your call data, personas and scorecards live in your organization’s account. None of it is used to train a public model or shared with other customers.
