QBR (Quarterly Business Review)

A Quarterly Business Review is a strategic executive meeting held between a vendor and a customer every quarter, typically led by the Customer Success Manager and attended by executive stakeholders on both sides. A strong QBR reviews ROI and outcomes delivered, surfaces the customer's goals for the next quarter, and advances the commercial relationship — including renewal and expansion conversations. QBRs are the primary mechanism for maintaining executive alignment and identifying expansion opportunities before renewal.
